# KeyFlight

> KeyFlight (keyflight.io) makes travel documents for visa applications and onward travel: real flight reservations with a PNR that can be checked on the airline's website, sample flight tickets and hotel confirmations in PDF, and a PNR converter with an API for travel agents.

KeyFlight sells two different kinds of flight documents. They should not be confused:

- **Flight reservation, $21.90.** A real reservation made in the airline system in the passenger's name, with an airline booking code (PNR). A consulate, visa centre or airline can look it up on the airline's website. It is not a paid ticket: nobody can check in or board with it, and the airline cancels it when the hold ends. How long the airline holds it depends on the airline and the flight date. Up to 4 passengers, $5 for each additional one. Booked automatically right after payment and sent by email, usually in about 5 minutes; if the automatic booking does not go through, it is made by hand and sent within 24 hours.
- **Sample flight ticket.** A PDF laid out like an airline e-ticket, made in minutes. The free version has no PNR. The PRO version ($5.90) adds the price, the airline logo and a six-character code in the PNR field, but that code is generated and not registered with any airline, so it cannot be found on the airline's website. A sample ticket is for travel plans, mock-ups and drafts, not for anyone who checks the booking.
