Frequently Asked Questions

What is the flight reservation?

Your flight reservation is essentially your travel itinerary, outlining all the key information for your upcoming flight. This includes details such as the airline operating the flight, specific flight numbers, departure and arrival times and dates, airport codes (IATA) for both departure and arrival, and a unique reservation number specific to your booking. You might also see a PNR number associated with your reservation.

What is the PNR number?

Your Passenger Name Record (PNR) is a unique six-character code assigned to your travel itinerary. This code is generated whenever a booking is made, regardless of whether you book your ticket online or through a booking agent.

What types of flight reservations do you have?

We offer various flight booking options to suit your needs. Choose from instantly issued e-tickets, reservations that can be verified using the airline's PNR system, and more.

What is the onward ticket?

An onward ticket simply means you have a ticket for your continued travel after your initial destination. This could be a return ticket back to your starting point, or a ticket to a new location. Many countries require proof of onward travel before they will allow you to enter.

What is the sample ticket?

A sample ticket, sometimes called a dummy ticket, is essentially a mock-up of a real ticket. It contains similar information to a verifiable ticket.

Which flight booking option is best for visa applications?

For visa applications, we recommend our specialized "visa reservation" tariff. This option provides a flight itinerary with a verifiable PNR number, including all necessary flight details.

Important Considerations:

  • Booking Timeframe: To ensure your reservation remains valid for your visa appointment, it's best to book 24-30 hours beforehand.
  • Reservation Validity: Typically, these reservations last 1-3 days, especially if your intended travel date is not imminent. In some cases, they may remain valid for 4-7 days. Reservations with near-term departure dates often have shorter validity, sometimes less than 24 hours.
  • Maximum Validity: While the maximum validity for flight reservations can extend up to 14 days, it's crucial to understand that most commonly, they last only 1-2 days.

I have paid for the reservation. What is the next step?

Once our system confirms your payment, it typically takes 3-10 hours to process your order. However, to account for potential time zone differences, we advise placing your order at least 24 hours before you need your itinerary.

After processing, you'll receive an email containing a PDF document with your complete flight itinerary. Please remember that while we strive for efficiency, we cannot guarantee immediate order fulfillment.

Can I choose the airline, and what restrictions do you have?

At this time, we aren't able to offer airline selections. The availability of airlines for flight reservations varies; some have limited booking windows, while others may not offer this service at all.

Rest assured, we work to choose airlines that offer the most suitable options and longest possible reservation validity for your needs. Beyond this limitation, we have no other restrictions and are committed to finding the best possible solution for you! ❤︎

Whats the difference between sample ticket and flight itinerary?

Think of a "sample ticket" as a visual representation of what a real ticket looks like. It's not verifiable and doesn't actually reserve a seat for you. On the other hand, a "flight itinerary" is a confirmed booking that secures your place on a flight for a specific duration. You can verify this itinerary through reputable platforms like checkmytrip.com, viewtrip.travelport.com, or by contacting the airline directly.

How does your booking process work?

Once we receive your payment, we get to work on your reservation. Our system carefully analyzes flight options to find the best fit for your itinerary. We then send a booking request through the Global Distribution System (GDS). If the selected flights are confirmed, the GDS generates a unique PNR code, which allows us to issue your flight itinerary.

How long is the reservation valid for?

The length of time a reservation remains valid can vary from a few hours to a maximum of 7 days. This timeframe depends on several factors, primarily the airline's policies and how far in advance your flight is scheduled.

For instance, if you book a flight departing tomorrow, the airline might provide a confirmed ticket, but the reservation itself might expire within a few hours or by the following day. Airlines do this to maximize their ability to sell remaining seats, especially as the departure date nears.

While we always strive to secure the longest possible reservation validity, we recommend avoiding bookings for flights departing within the next 10 days. This helps prevent premature reservation cancellations and gives you greater peace of mind.

What happens if my reservation is canceled?

While we aim to provide reservations with up to 7 days of validity, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to cancellations. To minimize the chance of this happening, we suggest booking your flights at least 10 days prior to your intended travel date. If you've already placed an order for a flight within this timeframe, consider booking a new reservation with a later departure date to ensure your travel plans remain secure.

How can I get a refund?

We understand that plans can change, but it's important to note that our system operates through a global distribution network. This means a commission is paid for each reservation we process.

As a result, modifications to existing bookings typically require a new reservation. While we cannot offer refunds in most cases, we do make exceptions for errors in the provided travel information (e.g., incorrect dates, misspelled names, etc.).

If you believe there has been a mistake in your booking, please place a new order with the correct details. If you notice the error immediately after making your payment, contact us promptly, and we'll do our best to create a new reservation with the accurate information.

How can I check my order?

You can easily confirm your flight details through these convenient methods:

Check the airline's website directly using your booking reference.
